Account and purchase: your e-mail address, billing country, and for business customers the company name and VAT number, so we can deliver the licence, issue invoices and apply the correct VAT. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
Licence and devices: the licence key (stored only as a hash), device names and identifiers, so we can enforce the three-device limit and deliver updates. Legal basis: contract.
Study statistics: if you sign in from the app, a summary of your progress (answers, readiness, streak, exam date) is sent to your account so you can see it on the website and on your other devices. Legal basis: contract. You can stop by not signing in; the app works offline.
Support and security: messages you send us, and short-lived server logs including IP addresses to keep the service secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment provider, Revolut. We receive the confirmation and the amount, never your card number. For business customers, the VAT number is checked against the EU VIES service.

Invoices and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires. Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted or anonymised on request, unless we must keep it by law.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@rotateatpl.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or to your local supervisory authority.
